Casey was a rockstar wedding planner! We had to plan our wedding in Chestertown from across the country in Seattle, we needed to organize an Episcopalian ceremony, Chinese tea ceremony, and timed everything with the tide for a packet ride after dinner. Casey was a lifesaver! She calmly and expertly managed all of the moving parts of our day, kept us calm, and made our wedding everything we’d hoped it could be and more.

Unsure of how my wedding would have happened without Chesapeake Shore Wedding and Events! Casey was so flexible, had fantastic input when it came to linens, table settings, and decor, and was so easy to work with. When it came to the wedding day itself, she took care of everything , solved problems before they even happened, and checked in with my husband and I regularly and assured us we had nothing to worry about.
No doubt, she is the entire reason my wedding looked as gorgeous as it did and went as smoothly as possible!
Additionally, as we hit snag after snag when it came to COVID, she was so helpful, brought amazing ideas to us, and was quick to comfort me in times of frustration! Cannot recommend Chesapeake Shore Weddings and Events enough!
We hired Casey as our day-of coordinator for my daughter’s wedding and we could not have been more impressed and appreciative of her support. From the consistent communication, we received from her leading up to the day to her hands-on assistance the day of, my daughter’s wedding (and planning) would not have run as smoothly without Casey.
The greatest feeling was that I did not have to do a thing on the day of the wedding. Casey fully understood our vision for the day, she anticipated possible problems, stepped in when a vendor would try to approach the wedding party with questions. She worked in the background and appeared instantly when needed.
I really learned how good Casey was when my other daughter was married the next year in another town and the event planner we had did not come close to the competence shown by Casey. Her organization, friendly and positive demeanor and proactive work ethic go a long way and I will recommend Casey as an event manager over and over!
